What if... Gohan had trained during the 7 years and kept his fighting ability and way of battle strategy If Ultimate Gohan still had his "skill" do you think he would have done better or been able to beat Buu? If Ultimate Gohan was still had his kick ***** SSJ2 attitude and ability as a pre- teen against Cell, could he have won? Think about it  |

no. he was curbstomped in the manga without any taunting from buutenks. he was just waaayy stronger than gohan. |

i dont know at the begining of the fight they appeared equal, but at is progressed gohan began to loose until finally he was getting his ***** kicked. I always ondered if he had a little more power would he be capable of beating buu |

That depends actually. Gohan was the strongest from the Cell Saga so he would surely overcome Goku and Vegeta or at least Vegeta. |

Im sure Gohan just doesnt dead stop once he goes Ultimate cause thats just stupid... I think he could have been a lot stronger in Ultimate if he did train for those 7 years. Could he beat Buutenks? Dunno... Buutenks > Ultimate Gohan >>> Gotenks SSJ3 >= Super Buu Ultimate Gohan(new) > Buutenks?????? =/ |

ultimate is your latent potential unlocked. if gohan trained he would have been unlocking that potential through training so the ritual wouldnt take as long. but gohan couldnt get any stronger beyond that point. its his full power. |

^ That actually isn´t wrong, cause Gohan´s full potential is above SSJ 3 and that by a huge margin.. so if Gohan would come close or at least beyond SSJ 3 then the Ritual won´t take long as it took with Regular Gohan. |

But what if Gohan actually trained that hard and got to that lvl without Ultimate? He could keep going So does that make Ultimate only useful to a certain extent? Gohan could still train SSJ powers higher |

Then the Ritual would be useless i guess xD. IF Gohan finds out about SSJ 3 himself then i could see him reaching it, and then it depends on how strong Gohan got in the 7 year training. |

Well he would have to train SSJ2 for a good 2-3 years at least so he could get strong enough to transform. Then he would have to go RoSaT to learn how to transform and once he did he would need all the rest of the years to train it. But training SSJ3 on Earth is hard so he would have to make good use of RoSaT time. Training and even maybe mastering SSJ2 would make his SSJ3 form a lot stronger and more powerful... Dunno... |
